2006 IRB Rugby World Cup

The International Rugby Board (IRB) is the world governing and law-making body for the sport of rugby union, and previously for rugby football. “One year from the kick-off of Rugby World Cup 2007 the International Rugby Board is confident the Tournament will be the most successful in its colorful and exciting 20-year history,” said IRB Chairman, Dr Syd Millar. “This belief is backed by the fact that one year out from the Tournament the Organizing Committee has already sold its one millionth public ticket which is fantastic news.” Canadian coverage is expected to be a combination of Rogers Sportsnet and Rogers’s pay-per-view with Integrated Sports retaining advertising rights.

2005-06 Volvo Ocean Race on Rogers Sportsnet

Carlsberg Canada purchased advertising time in 64 broadcasts, buying 1.9 million impressions and received more 60+ million impressions.

2005 European Poker Tour on The Score

In 2005, Integrated Sports Management secured exclusive Canadian TV rights for seven 90-minute shows on The Score, Canada’s most extensive broadcast coverage of sports news and information. The European programming helped the broadcaster build and drive viewer interest in Scorepoker.com, Canada’s largest play-for-fun poker site with over 160,000 registered players. The EPT is most likely to return to The Score for 2007, after airing on TSN in 2006.
